EMG Designs Customer Policies

EMG Jewellery Designs is committed to providing the highest standards of customer care. We want you to enjoy your jewellery for many years to come. For this reason we have the following policies in place:

Guarantee
All EMG Designs jewellery comes with a 3 month guarantee. If during 3 months you have any problems with your jewellery you will receive a replacement piece with no quibble. If your jewellery item cannot be replaced then you will be offered either an alternative piece to the same value, or your money back.

For your guarantee to be valid you must supply your order number and return the damaged item using special delivery postage.

Postage
We don’t want to make money from the postage service we offer. You will be charged at a flat rate of £2.00 for orders up to £30. Postage on orders over £30 is free. All orders will be posted using UK post office registered delivery which means it will require a signature from you on receipt. If you do not receive your item once it has been posted to you please notify us within 10 days so that we can trace the parcel with the post office.

Making Jewellery Just Right For You
EMG Jewellery Designer Marion Gray will do all she can to ensure that your jewellery is perfect for you. If you can’t find what you are looking for on the site you should email Marion@emgdesigns.co.uk. Marion will reply to your email within 2 days and is happy to discuss your request over the phone, or provide further information and ideas by email or to send you additional photographs to help you decide what you would like.

Photography The photographs on this site are taken to show as much detail as possible. This means they are not to scale as they are often enlarged to show you more clearly what a piece of jewellery will look like. Please read the item descriptions carefully as all sizes and dimensions are explained in the detailed description. If you have any questions about a particular piece then email us by clicking the '?' symbol. Please be aware that the colour settings on your computer monitor may alter the appearance of jewellery items.

Natural products
Many of the items used in EMG Designs jewellery are natural products such as gemstones and shell. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pictures on the website and we update our pictures regularly, some variations in size and colour will occur.
