Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my jewellery take to be made?
Most items on the website are already made and will be posted the day following your order, which should mean you receive them within about 3 – 4 days.

Some items are made as your order is placed. Jewellery orders are made in strictly date order, so you should receive your jewellery within 10 days of placing the order. Although we hold an extensive stock of beads and components occasionally your order may require stock to be sourced from other countries, this may mean it takes longer to make your jewellery. In all such cases we will inform you as soon as your order is received and give you an expected delivery date.

Does the jewellery come with a guarantee?
All EMG Designs jewellery comes with a 3 month guarantee. If during 3 months you have any problems with your jewellery you will receive a replacement piece with no quibble. If your jewellery item cannot be replaced then you will be offered either an alternative piece to the same value, or your money back.

For your guarantee to be valid you must supply your order number and return the damaged item using special delivery postage.

In what ways can I have my jewellery customised?
EMG Designs Jewellery has made its name by ensuring that every piece of jewellery is perfect for you. You can change your jewellery in lots of ways or even suggest your own design and we’ll make your jewellery to order. See our extensive range of customisation options.

Are all items in Stock?
All items on the website are available for immediate dispatch. Customised pieces will be made to order and will normally be dispatched so that they reach you within 10 days. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately by email.

Does EMG Designs have a shop I can visit?
No EMG Design is sold exclusively through this website and through fundraising and party events. Marion Gray the EMG Designs Jewellery designer will provide fund raising events to organisations and individuals within a 30 mile radius of Huddersfield West Yorkshire UK. Does EMG Designs sell to retailers?
EMG Designs welcomes all customers. If you would like to enquire about selling our jewellery please contact Marion@emgdesigns.co.uk. We would be pleased to negotiate a bespoke range of jewellery for your retail outlet. This can be named and packaged just for you.

Can I have a piece of jewellery designed just for me?
Yes! Yes! YES!!!!

How do I know if I have an EMG Designs original piece of jewellery?
EMG Designs has a range of jewellery to suit most tastes and pockets. Marion doesn’t believe in charging the earth for an original piece, you will find many pieces are the same price as other non-original jewellery. You will know if you have an exclusive piece of EMG Designs Jewellery designed by Marion Gray.

Are items ever reduced?
Yes EMG Designs thrives on new styles and types of jewellery so you will often see items reduced. Check the sale pieces section for the latest sale items.

Do you have clip-on earrings?
Most EMG Designs Earrings can be made into clip-ons. Use the button and select clip-on. Clip-on earrings will come on a standard shell style silver or gold plated setting. See the customisation options section for more details.

I’m getting married can I have jewellery made to order?
Making wedding jewellery is one of our specialties. You can choose items for the bride including tiaras, necklaces, chokers, bracelets, earrings and anklets. Most of our wedding jewellery is made to be unique for you so it can match your dress exactly. You will only find a small sample of wedding jewellery on the site, but if you give us an idea of what you are looking for we will email you with photographs and other ideas. You will find our wedding jewellery is very reasonable in prices – usually less than you will pay in specialist wedding shops and much better quality – we won’t rip you off just because it’s your wedding day!
