Caring for your jewellery

Most EMG Designs jewellery is made from natural materials. The best way to care for your jewellery is to wear it. Regular wear will help keep sterling silver shinny and will show off the lustre on your gemstone and shell items. As with any jewellery you should try to avoid wearing your jewellery next to makeup or perfume as this will lead to discolouring. If you are going to wear perfume put it on first and run in well before putting on your jewellery. This will minimise but not stop discolouring from occurring.

When you are not wearing your jewellery it is a good idea to keep it in a box so that you limit exposure to the air.
